What would cause the glaze to crack hours after it is taken out of the kiln?? I took it out of the kiln the next day, after it had cooled and the piece was cooled. I put it on my table and it started cracking about 30 min. later. Was it too cool in my house? I read in my kiln book that sometimes glazes are not compatable. I used a clear and a colored glaze.
