Hi Bonnie..I dont know what is really involved in creating a decal, but if I could offer a suggestion...I just recently finished a project using some old wine and beer labels...it didnt turn out as well as I had hoped..I just glued the image under glass and sealed it, but I cant seem to find any decals anywhere that have any kind of the old or vintage labels..I would have used decals if I could find them...what you think?
