Hi Tazz,
I have the Lakeland Sorceress and Wind Wizard molds and also the large Dragon Slayer, I also have the Maiden and Knight Goblets. I have not yet been able to remove the greenware from any of these in 1 piece unless I "talc" the mold first. You can do it a couple of different ways, I do it the quick way, which probably isnt the best way but here it goes:
Use Baby Powder, put it in the pouring area of the mold, then brush it out with a mop brush or blow it out with your air compressor. I use the mop brush and then gently blow into the mold with my mouth. If you leave any significant amount of powder in the mold and it gets on your greenware, if you fire it that way the piece will turn orangish colored in the areas where the powder was. That wont hurt your piece, or it hasnt hurt mine, it paints over easily.
Or you can put your baby powder into a knee high panty hose, and gently dust it over the pouring area, then brush it out. It does help and I've been able to make those Lakeland molds release finally!! I tried everything in the book also then I found out about baby powder!! :)
Hope this helps.
Julie
