The product you are referring to is called Piping Slip. There are various methods of applying the piping slip. One method is using an Air Pen or on the Boothe site, it is called a Gizmo (http://www.colorsforearth.com/Gizmo/default.htm). To take one seminar using this tool will open a whole new world of ceramic decorating to you.
You may also want to visit the Jeanette McCall site (http://www.pipinglady.com/main.html). This lady has such talent, and it really shows! She also makes it easy for others to ‘Pipe’.
