Looking for any ideas with this problem

I have this claymagic mold of the snowman and snowlady candle set. They both have the snowflake that you cut out in front ( not the whole snowflake), just certain areas of the snowflake also has a hole on the back and on top. My question I have is, what is the best way to glaze these items after you fire them to bisque? I try putting tape over the holes and what a mess it turns out, glaze always seems to leak through the tape. I use duct tape ( figure the tacky the tape is the better). I use other tape and no luck. Any ideas really really at this point would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance: Kraig S. Bailey
