I do not think she was harsh at all....I have stronger words for gare but will not say them here....They left the ceramic shops that cast molds behind...they discontinue items all the time and not coming out with new things...they are catering to the quick paint and dip glaze places that are a total rip off and do not teach any thing about ceramics...I will not buy gare anymore and as far as I am concerned they can sell the entire company since they are useless lately to the ceramic industry
